Shipping Policy – Proof of Sats

Order Processing Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received. No orders are processed on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery Times Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Metropolitan France : 2 to 5 business days
- European Union : 5 to 10 business days
- International : 7 to 21 business days
These timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on the carrier and periods of high demand.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout, based on the weight, dimensions and destination of the order.
Order Tracking A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order has been dispatched, allowing you to track your parcel in real time.
Non-Received Orders If your order has not arrived within the indicated timeframe, please contact us at the address available on our contact page. We will do our utmost to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
International Customs & Taxes For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or local taxes may apply. These charges are the Customer's responsibility and fall under the authority of the customs officials in the destination country.
