You have 14 days
You can change your mind within 14 days of receiving your card, with no need to give a reason. Write to us at contact@raresatscards.com with your order number. You can also use the form on our Contact page. We acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and provide the return address. You then have 14 days to send the card back to us.Full refund if the card is intact
If you return the card in its original crystal case, unopened and undamaged, you receive a full refund, including the original delivery costs. The refund is issued within 14 days of receiving your return, using the payment method from your original purchase. Return shipping is at your expense. Send the card tracked and insured: the parcel travels under your responsibility until it reaches us.If the case has been opened
You keep your right to a refund, but it is reduced by the loss of value the card has suffered. Opening the crystal case requires destroying it. Breaking the seal leaves a permanent mark. In either case, the copy loses its collectible value and cannot be sold again. If the satoshi has been moved, the card loses all of its value. It cannot be remade or reloaded: no key is kept after production. The loss of value then equals the price paid, and no refund is due. We check the condition of the case, the seal, and the presence of the satoshi on the blockchain. That check is public: you can carry it out yourself at any time.How to verify it yourself
You do not need to open anything to verify your card. The crystal case is transparent. The QR code on the back takes you straight to the corresponding transaction: you can see that the 546 satoshis are intact and that the stated satoshi is among them. The printed serial number and the guilloche are visible without handling. Breaking the seal is only necessary if you decide to move the satoshi. That decision is final, and it ends your right to a full refund.⚠ Before moving the satoshi
The original satoshi does not sit in the same position on every card. On roughly half the copies, it sits in the last position of the transaction output. On those cards, a standard sweep to a wallet destroys the satoshi, spent as a transaction fee, with no warning and no way back. Never use your wallet's sweep or import function. A recovery procedure and a dedicated tool will be available shortly.Refunds in bitcoin
If you paid in bitcoin, you are refunded the amount in euros you actually paid, converted at the exchange rate on the day of the refund. The price of your card is set in euros. Bitcoin is a means of payment: you get back the value you paid, regardless of how the rate has moved.Damaged item or a mistake on our side
If your card arrives damaged, or if you receive a copy other than the one you ordered, that is our responsibility. We cover all costs and either replace the card or refund you, as you prefer. Photograph the parcel before opening it and write to us. Reporting quickly helps us process the matter, but it does not condition your rights: you benefit from the statutory guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects, independently of this page and of the withdrawal period.Contact us
