Proof of Sats Series 1 is now available

After several months of design, testing, and production, Proof of Sats is officially opening its store.

Series 1 is now available.

This first edition brings together 100 individually numbered cards, each containing a satoshi from the first bitcoin of the Block 9 reward, mined on January 9, 2009, in the very early days of the Bitcoin network.

These satoshis come from the oldest bitcoin still in circulation.

100 cards, 100 satoshis

Each card is unique, identifiable, and independently verifiable on-chain.

The satoshi number is used to generate the guilloché pattern printed on the card: a SHA-256 hash is transformed into a unique graphic composition, giving every card its own visual identity.

The private key associated with the satoshi is protected under a tamper-evident VOID seal, and the card is then encapsulated and sealed for preservation. Each card also comes with a signed certificate of authenticity.
